F) Calendar setting
The date default of the Weather Clock is 1. 1. of the year 2011 after initial set-up. Once the radio-
controlled time signals are received, the date is automatically updated. However, if the signals are
not received, the date can also be set manually. To do this:
1. Using the "CH/ +" button (3), set the year required. The range runs
from 2011 to 2029 (default is 2011).
2. Press the "SET" button (1) to enter the month setting mode.
3. The month digit will be fl ashing. Press the "CH/ +" button (3) to set
the month and then press the "SET" button (1) to go on to the date
setting.
4. The date digit will be fl ashing. Press the "CH/ +" button (3) to set
the date.
5. Confi rm with the "SET" button (1) and enter the "Sunrise, sunset
and sun duration" or exit the setting mode by pressing the
"SNOOZE/ SUN" button (5).
G) Sunrise, sunset and sun duration
The Sun Clock will automatically calculate the sunrise, sunset and sun duration time based on the
city location and the set date. (see "Sun setting")
1. The short form of city name will start fl ashing (default "F"). Using
the "CH/ +" button (3), select the city location shown in the following
table:
39 cities can be chosen from and every city is displayed in short-form
(e.g.: AMS --> Amsterdam). The cities are displayed as in the following
table:
2. Confi rm with the "SET" button (1) and enter the "Snooze setting" or exit the setting mode by
pressing the "SNOOZE/ SUN" button (5).

Si la réception du signal horaire est désactivée (OFF) manuellement, l'horloge ne
tentera aucune réception du signal DCF tant que la fonction reste désactivée (OFF).
L'icône de réception du signal DCF ne sera pas affi chée à l'écran LCD.
D) Format 12/24 H
1. Après l'activation/désactivation (ON/OFF) de la réception du
signal horaire, appuyez sur la touche « SET » (1) : «12 h» ou
«24 h» clignote à l'écran LCD (24 h par défaut).
2. Sélectionnez le format 12 H ou 24 H à l'aide de la touche CH/ +.
3. Appuyez de nouveau sur la touche « SET » (1) pour confi rmer le
réglage et passer au «Réglage manuel de l'Heure». Vous pouvez
également appuyer sur la touche « SNOOZE/ SUN » (5) pour
quitter le Réglage.
E) Réglage manuel de l'heure
Si le Réveil météo ne peut détecter le signal DCF (perturbations, hors de portée, etc.), l'heure
peut être réglée manuellement. L'horloge fonctionne alors comme une horloge à quartz classique.
Pour régler l'heure :
1. Les chiffres des heures clignotent à la section « Heure » de l'écran.
2. Réglez les heures à l'aide de la touche « CH/ + » (3), puis appuyez
sur la touche «SET» (1) pour passer au réglage des minutes.
3. Les chiffres des minutes clignotent : appuyez sur la touche CH/ + pour
régler les minutes.
4. Appuyez sur la touche «SET» (1) pour confi rmer le réglage et passer
au réglage du "Calendrier". Vous pouvez également appuyer sur la
touche « SNOOZE/ SUN » (5) pour quitter le Réglage.
Bien que réglé manuellement, le Réveil météo continuera à rechercher le signal
horaire toutes les heures. Lorsque la réception est réussie, l'heure reçue remplace
l'heure réglée manuellement. Pendant les tentatives de réception, l'icône de la tour
DCF clignote à l'écran. En cas d'échec, l'icône de la tour DCF ne s'affi chera plus
mais une tentative sera lancée une heure après.
