4. Safety instructions
We do not assume liability for resulting damages to property or personal
injury if the product has been abused in any way or damaged by improper
use or failure to observe these operating instructions. The warranty will then
expire!
An exclamation mark in a triangle indicates important information in the
operating instructions. Carefully read the whole operating instructions before
operating the device, otherwise there is risk of danger.
•
Unauthorised conversion and/or modifi cation of the device are inadmissible because of safety
and approval reasons (CE).
•
This product must not be operated in hospitals or medical institutions. Although the outdoor
sensor emits only relatively weak radio signals, these may lead to malfunction of life-supporting
systems. The same may be the case in other areas.
•
The product should be handled with care. Do not drop it, as it may be damaged by the impact.
•
The product must not be subjected to heavy mechanical stress.
•
The product must not be exposed to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight or intense vibration.
•
The product is not a toy and should be kept out of reach of children!
•
Do not leave used packing material unattended, as they may be dangerous for children playing
with them.
•
Do not expose the product to extreme and sudden fl uctuations in temperature, since this leads
to rapid change of display information and thus to impairment of the precision of the data.
•
The manufacturer or supplier assumes no responsibility for the display of incorrect data or the
consequences that an incorrect display could have.
•
If there is reason to believe that safe operation is no longer possible, the device is to be put out
of operation and secured against unintended operation. Safe operation is no longer possible
if the device:

shows visible damages,
-
no longer works,
-
was stored under unfavourable conditions for a long period of time or
-
was subject to considerable transport stress.
•
Servicing, adjustment or repair works must only be carried out by a specialist/ specialist
workshop.
•

11. Suppression des défauts

La distance entre la station météo et les capteurs externes

par ex. téléviseur ou ordinateur. Changez l'emplacement des
capteurs externes et de la station météo.
•
Les piles des capteurs externes sont vieilles ou vides.
Placez, en guise d'essai, des piles neuves dans les capteurs
externes.
•
Un autre émetteur sur la même fréquence ou sur une
fréquence voisine dérange le signal radio des capteurs
externes. Ceci pourrait être par ex. des écouteurs radio,
des haut-parleurs radio ou d'autres appareils. En général,
ces produits ne sont pas mis en service en permanence, la
réception radio pourrait, de par là, fonctionner parfaitement le
jour suivant ; trouver la cause du dérangement est rendu de
par là plus diffi cile.
Perturbation d'autres
•
Les capteurs externes transmettent leurs données à la
appareils par les
station météo dans des intervalles différents. Pendant
capteurs externes
ces intervalles, des dérangements d'autres appareils sont
possibles. Par exemple, un écouteur radio pourrait recevoir
un bref signal perturbateur que vous entendez.
Les capteurs externes ne
•
Respectez la séquence indiquée lors du placement des

piles. Insérez d'abord les piles dans les capteurs externes
et ensuite dans la station météo. Attendez jusqu'à ce que la
station météo reçoive les données des capteurs. Suivant les
cas, ceci peut prendre plusieurs minutes !
•
Si d'autres capteurs radio sont mis en service, par ex.
chez votre voisin, ceci pourrait causer des perturbations de
réception. Utilisez un autre canal de transmission pour les
capteurs externes. Changez éventuellement l'emplacement
de la station météo et des capteurs.
