You may also save a number from your call logs, the procedure for which
is given below:
o Press Services key and select Logs.
o Choose amongst In/Out/Missed softkey options.
o Use Up/Down navigation keys to scroll through the call list and select
Save softkey when you reach the number you wish to add into your
phonebook.
o Press Enter to accept displayed name, or enter/edit Name and press
Enter.
o Press Enter to accept displayed number, or enter/edit Name and press
Enter.
o Enter Speed dial index if you wish to add as a speed dial, else leave
blank, and press Enter to save.
• Finding a Contact
You may search for a contact in your phonebook and use it to make a call.
The procedure for this feature is as follows:
o Select Book or press Directory Feature key on your phone and press
the Right Navigation key to scroll the LCD display menu and then
select Find softkey.
o Enter the name of the contact you wish to search and press Enter.
o The specific contact gets displayed on your phone's LCD and you may
then Edit, Delete, or Dial (as explained above).

Speed Dialing

This feature allows you quick access to numbers you dial frequently. If you have
unused line keys, each of them can display a number for ONE-TOUCH DIALING.
The contact directory stores additional names and numbers and has a search
function (Find). Your phone keeps track of these contacts with a Speed Dial
Index number, which you can assign. Following are a few things you should
know about speed dial index numbers:
• You do not need to assign the numbers consecutively.
• Your contacts will appear on your speed dial list sorted by index number.
However, they will appear as consecutive numbers, regardless of the
