• Pick up the handset or press Handsfree / Headset button.
• Press the Line Key on which the call is received.
• To answer another incoming call on the same line, either press the Flash
softkey or the Accept softkey.
• To answer another incoming call on a different line, press the Line key on
which the icon is blinking (indicating an incoming call on that line).
• Intercom calls get answered automatically. The receiver hears the audio
from the initiator of the Intercom call, but audio from the receiver of the call
is not transmitted to the initiator. The receiver of an Intercom call must
press the Applications (Intercom) key on his or her phone to turn the call
into a regular call with two-way audio.

Rejecting an Incoming Call

This feature allows you to reject an incoming call. To do this, press the Reject
softkey upon getting an incoming call on your phone.
Note: If you are traversing some LCD menu and you receive an incoming call,
you would have to come back out of that menu to the main welcome screen of
your phone before the Reject softkey option is displayed on your LCD.

Placing Calls on Hold

An active call may be put on a simple hold, or put on hold to initiate a second call
or to pickup another incoming call in the following ways:
