Guarantee
NUM'AXES guarantees CANICALM against production defects for one year after purchase.
The costs of returning the article are exclusively payable by the purchaser.
NUM'AXES does not undertake responsibility for damages due to the improper use or
breakdown of the product.
Guarantee conditions
1. The guarantee will be effective only if the proof of purchase (invoice or sales receipt)
is submitted to NUM'AXES without alterations.
2. This guarantee does not cover any of the following points :
- new batteries,
- new strap,
- direct or indirect risks during transport of the product back to NUM'AXES,
- damage to the product caused by : the user's negligence or fault (e.g. biting,
breaking, cracking, etc.), repairs by non-approved repairers.
- loss or theft.
3. If the product is acknowledged as faulty, NUM'AXES reserves the right to choose wether
to repair or to replace.
4. No recourse is possible against NUM'AXES notably in the event of improper use or
breakdown of the product.
5. NUM'AXES reserves the right to modify the characteristics of its products with a view to
making technical improvements or to complying with new legislation.
6. The information contained in this guide may be subject to amendment without prior
notice.
7. Photos and drawings are not contractual.

You can purchase the accessories from your supplier at any time (battery, strap, dummy
collar, electrodes, neon test lamp).
