• Place in a big bowl and add boiling water.
• Cover with a lid.
• Place the dish in the centre of the turntable.
• When the audible signals sound, stir and recover.

recover, replace into the oven and press start.

• Stand for approx. 10 mins after cooking.

• Mix the ingredients and spread on the chicken.
• Pierce the skin of the chicken.
• Put chicken breast side down in a flan dish.
• Place on the low rack and cook.
• When audible signals sound, turn over.
• After cooking, let the food stand for approx. 3
min in the oven, remove and put on a plate for

• Lean pork is recommended.
• Mix all ingredients and spread them onto the
pork.
• Place the pork in a flan dish and cook.

aluminium foil for approx. 10 minutes.
