To connect the device to two speakers use only the cables for the front speakers.
NOTICE
► Make sure that a permanent positive connection is applied to the station
memory of connection 4 in the ISO block A.
► In some automobile models the standard confi guration of the connections
[4] and [7] in ISO block A are interchanged at the factory. If this is the
case the station memory can be lost. To correct this, the connections 7
(Ignition positive) and 4 (Permanent positive) in the ISO Block A must be
swapped. For this, insert the supplied adapter cable
Block A of the radio and the vehicle wiring harness. On the adapter

cable , connect the red wire of the ISO connector with the yellow wire of

the ISO socket and the yellow wire of the ISO connector with the red wire
of the ISO socket (see also the rear fold-out side).
► You can connect an external amplifi er to the audio cinch output. For this
follow the operating instructions for the external amplifi er.
IMPORTANT
► When using the adapter cable for the ISO-Block A
(red and yellow wires) must be connected with each other. If they are not,
there is the risk of a short circuit!
IMPORTANT
Possible damage to the device!
► Never burden the connector for the antenna current with the motor power
cable of the antenna or with other consumers.
The connection for the antenna power is available for a relay controlled antenna.
The relay then automatically extends the antenna when the device is switched
on. When switched off the antenna retracts. This connection can also be used to
control an external amplifi er. For exact connection information please consult the
amplifi er's operating instructions.
For the connection of an external amplifi er use the audio cinch output LINE OUT
