■ Remotely Activating the Auto Lock on the W61PT

Make calls to the W61PT from a registered calling number for
specified times within specified time period set in "Setting
Remote Auto Lock Activation Conditions". (
You will hear the voice guidance "Remote Auto Lock is set" and Remote
Auto Lock is set.
When the Remote Auto Lock is activated, W61PT automatically will turn
the power OFF and ON again.
Note
・Remote Ctrl Lock cannot be activated if your W61PT is turned off or in an
area with poor reception, or "Emission OFF mode" is set to "ON".
For more information, please refer to the "Privacy/limitation (M4)" of "Using
M Function" section in the "User Manual".
■ Activating the Lock through the Security Lock Service
Even if you have not set the Remote Ctrl Lock in advance, the Security
Lock Service gives you the ability to turn ON the Auto Lock functions
remotely by calling the au Customer Center or taking a specified
procedure from a PC. This service is available free of charge.
How to use Security Lock Service
Turning Remote Ctrl Lock ON/OFF by calling au Customer Center
【From au Cell phones】113 area code is not required (Toll-free)
【From Cell phones except au, or regular phones】
(Hours: 24 hours a day)
Follow the voice guidance instructions.
Turning Remote Ctrl Lock ON/OFF using a PC
Login to MyKDDI (http://my.kddi.com/) and perform the procedure indicated
on screen.
※It is necessary to apply for this service before using it for the first time.
(Application is possible even after you have lost your phone.)
※My KDDI will be renewed to "au Customer Support" (http://cs.kddi.com/) from the end
of February. However, usage of the site is the same.
