Initializing E-mail and EZweb Settings

To use the E-mail and EZweb services, you need to apply for the EZweb
service in advance. Contact an au shop or the au Customer Service
Center if you did not apply for the service at the time of purchase.
Carry out the EZweb initialization before using this service.
Your E-mail address will be created automatically during the initialization process.
