Activate EZ News Flash
You can use EZ News Flash easily (toll free).
Activate EZ News Flash, after carrying out "Initializing E-mail and
EZweb settings"(→P 21).

PressUwhile the standby
screen is displayed and select
ticker. Then pressC(OK).
Setup is completed. After you
complete and return to the standby
screen, the message "次回配信までしばらくお
待ち下さい" is indicated on ticker.
■Deactivate EZ News Flash

① Press
while the standby screen is displayed and select
ticker. Then press

② Press
(Menu) and press
③ When a message "Packet communication fee required" appears,
select [YES] and pressC(Select).
Then select "Return" and pressC(OK). After that, press "OK" and
pressC(OK).
■Changing for settings of receiving notification
You can change the settings for notification of News Flash updates,
from vibration to receiving indicator.
① PressCwhile the standby screen is displayed and
press25(Receiving News Flash).
② Set the volume, melody, ringer time period, etc.
If update notification is not necessary, set "Volume" to "Level 0" and
"Vibrator" to "OFF".
