Only use oil with a mean viscosity of 22.0 mm

g/cm at 15°C!
We recommend PFAFF sewing machine oil. Part no. 280-1-120 144.
Care and maintenance

2 /s at 40°C and a density of 0.865
Switch off the machine!
Oil all of the bearings which are marked
in Fig. 10-02 and 10-03 twice a week.
To reach the oiling points marked in
Fig. 10-03, pull out piston 1 (Fig. 10-02)
and lay the sewing head on its back.
Using both hands stand the sewing head
up so that it rests on piston 1.
Lift the sewing head slightly, pull piston 1
and place the sewing head in an upright
position.
Danger of crushing between
sewing head and pedestal!
