APPENDIX 2: AIR CONTROL MECHANISM AND OPTIONAL
FACEPLATE INSTALLATION
Note: The illustrations may vary from one model to another, but the method of assembly remains
the same.
Air control mechanism:
Fix the air control plate (A) to the air
control extension lever (B) using the
1/4" x 1" hex head screws (C) and
nuts (D). All parts of this assembly
are shipped in the firebox of the
insert.
Lay the faceplate panels
face down on a straight
surface.
Assemble panels (A), (B)
and (C) using four screws
#10-24 UNC x ½" (D) and
four nuts (E).
