ENGINE OPERATION

Note
If engine does not start with 4 or 5 times
starting operation, push the knob back and
restart.
5. Pull the starter handle slowly until you
feel engagement, keep pulling till you
feel less resistance. Then pull it quickly.
repeat if necessary until started.

Note
Return the recoil starter grip slowly when
the engine has started. Releasing the starter
grip at the extended position may cause a
trouble in the starting system.

In cold weather, pull the starter handle 2 or
3 times while moving up the choke lever to
choke the engine.
