Problem
The oven does not work.
0 and zeros light up in the
display.
The oven does not heat up.

Malfunctions often have simple explanations. Before
you call the after sales service, please try to rectify the
fault yourself using the table.
If a dish doesn't turn out as well as you had hoped,

There is dust on the
contacts.
If an error message with “ appears in the display,
press the 0 button. The message disappears. Any
time function that has been set is cleared.
If an error message does not disappear, call the
after sales service.
You can provide a remedy yourself for the following
error message.

Look in the fuse box and check that
the fuse is in working order.
Check whether the kitchen light or
other kitchen appliances are working.
Reset the clock.
Turn the control knobs backwards
and forwards several times.

whether a button has jammed or is
covered or dirty.
