Taking out of operation

For longer periods without operation (e.g. 2 weeks) please follow below procedure :
- Close the mains water line feeding the unit and dispense all water from the unit until CO
from the taps
- Disconnect the dispenser from the mains power
- Empty the water bath of the unit by using the tube from the water level control. The water from the
water bath must be replaced once per year, in order to avoid a bio film build up that may block the
drain tube
- Close the CO supply to the dispenser

In case you need to uninstall the unit, make sure it is stored in a dry, clean and frost free location.
In order to ensure a hygiene return to operation again it is strongly recommended to run a
sanitization service on the unit when starting the dispense of water again.
