1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser of TROJAN products to read the owner’s manual, warning labels and instruct all individuals, on proper usage of the equipment. Understanding each and every warning to the fullest is important. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS INSPECTION • Do not use or permit use of any equipment that is damaged or has worn or broken parts. For all TROJAN equipment use only replacement parts supplied by TROJAN. • Always make sure that all nuts and bolts are tightened prior to each use.
2. PRE ASSEMBLY CHECK LIST Thank you for choosing the TROJAN IGNITE 350 TREADMILL.We take great pride in producing this quality product and hope it will provide many hours of quality exercise to make you feel better, look better and enjoy life to its fullest.
4. ASSEMBLY STEPS Two persons are required to assemble the treadmill. Caution! Please follow the assembly steps to avoid injury. STEP 1 Simultaneously raise both Handrail Tubes of the Computer Consol on Frame (1) as shown and secure with 2 Hex Screws (95). CAUTION: Ensure that cables are not damaged during assembly or when tightening screws.

5. UNFOLDING / FOLDING / TRANSPORT UNFOLDING Hold the treadmill running board with your left hand. Pull the locking knob with your right hand and slowly lower the treadmill running board. Remove your right hand as you slowly lower the running board to the floor. (Figure 1) FOLDING Ensure the incline angle of the treadmill is at its lowest position.
6. MAINTENANCE Your treadmill should require little maintenance other than periodically applying lubricant. Lubricating under the treadbelt will ensure superior performance and extend the treadmill’s life expectancy. HOW TO CHECK TREADBELT FOR PROPER LUBRICATION Lift one side of the treadbelt and feel the top surface of the treadboard.
7. GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS This product must be grounded. If malfunction or breakdown occurs, grounding provides a path of least resistance for electric current to reduce the risk of electric shock.This product is equipped with a cord having an equipment-grounding conductor and a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with all local codes and ordinances.
8. COMPUTER FUNCTIONS I. GENERAL OPERATION 1. Turn on the treadmill (the On/Off switch is located on the back of the motor cover). 2. Put the Safety Key into the recess of the consol. 3. The consol will now sound a warning beep and the consol window will display 00:00. This means the treadmill has entered the Start/Ready mode.

COMPUTER FUNCTIONS ** When the SAFETY KEY is taken off and then replaced, the treadmill will not reposition itself to the start position (flat).You need to press the START key to reposition the treadmill. ** When the power is on, the treadmill will not reposition itself from any operating position it is in. You will need to press the START key to reposition the treadmill.

8. COMPUTER FUNCTIONS: PRESET PROGRAMMES 3.4. Press and the treadmill runs according to the preset values of the program. The speed and inclination (of the program’s 12 stages) will change continually according to the preset values. The first segment will last 2 minutes and the following segments will each last for 1 minute.

The Consumer does not need to return the product to the store. The Consumer shall phone the Trojan hotline on 0861 Trojan (0861 876 526) and the Manufacturer’s authorized agent will at its discretion either repair the item at the Consumer’s residence or collect and repair the item at their premises.
