HRT CARDIO
is a high-intensity program that keeps you at the upper
range of your predicted maximum heart rate and promotes cardiovas-
cular endurance and maximum calorie burning. The user must grasp
the hand pulse sensors or wear a telemetric heart rate chest strap during
use. The program will automatically adjust resistance to keep you at
80% of your predicted maximum heart rate.
HRT WEIGHT LOSS
is a lower intensity workout that will help your body
burn a higher percentage of calories from your body's fat reserves. The
user must grasp the hand pulse sensors or wear a telemetric heart rate
chest strap during use. The program will automatically adjust resistance
to keep you at 65% of your predicted maximum heart rate.
HRT INTERVAL
alternates between effort intervals of 80% and 70% of
your predicted maximum heart rate. This program is designed to in-
crease your cardiovascular fitness capacity. The user must grasp the
hand pulse sensors or wear a telemetric heart rate chest strap during
use.
HRT HILL
increases your intensity level from 65%, to 70%, to 75%, and
to 80% of your predicted maximum heart rate to promote cardiovascular
strength and endurance. The user must grasp the hand pulse sensors or
wear a telemetric heart rate chest strap during use.
