Installing the rear wheel
Warning
Danger of accidents Reduced braking efficiency due to oil or grease on the brake discs.

Always keep the brake discs free of oil and grease, and clean them with brake cleaner when necessary.

Remove the rear sprocket carrier

Check the rear hub rubber dampers.

Check the wheel bearing for damage and wear.

If the wheel bearing is damaged or worn:
–
Change the wheel bearing.

Clean and grease shaft seal ring

Insert the spacer.

Clean and grease the spacers of the rear sprocket carrier.

Insert the rear sprocket carrier

Position the rear wheel and insert wheel spindle
The brake linings are correctly positioned.

Attach the chain.

Position chain adjuster

Check the chain tension. (

Make sure that the chain adjusters are fitted correctly on the adjusting screws

Tighten nut
