Solution
Check connections of all battery
cables
Reconnect
Clean battery cable clamps and
terminals. Check voltage
Replace fuse link
Inspect/replace main connector
Inspect/replace on/off switch
Reset breaker
Check motor wires and connections
Replace, check commutators
Check recovery tank full LED. Drain
recovery tank.
Replace contactor
Reset breaker
Check motor wires and connections
Repair/replace actuator
Replace cable
Reset breaker
Check motor wires and connections
Repair/replace actuator
Reset breaker
Check motor wires and connections
Replace contactor
Fill solution tank
Clean vent hole
Clear blocked solution lines.
