In Holiday Mode the hot water temperature is set to OFF but the hot water still stays at 29 degrees min and even goes up to 39 degrees on occasion! Any advise or explanation? Thanks. Hugo

The likely reason for the hot water temperature in the Nibe VVM 310 staying at 29°C and occasionally rising to 39°C while in Holiday Mode with the setting turned OFF is that the system is operating in economy mode or a similar low-demand mode. In this mode, the system provides a lower hot water temperature to save energy, which is suitable during periods of low usage, such as holidays. Since Holiday Mode is turned OFF, the system may still use default or scheduled settings that limit hot water production unless manually changed.
