Regularly check the power cord for tearing or aging, and do not put the machine into operation if it is not in an flawless condition, but have it repaired by an authorised specialist! t Connect the power plug into the wall socket. The indicators light up. t Lead the power cord with your hand. Make sure that the power cord does not touch the tool. t Hold on to the machine. t Push the safety switch and press the actuating lever at the same time.
End of operation After cleaning t Release the action lever. t Do this by pulling the plug out of the socket. t Stand behind the machine. t Pull the adjustment lever and slowly lift the guide rod until it is in the upright position. t When getting go of the adjustment lever, the guide rod snaps into place.

The ingress of water into the machine might cause considerable damage to mechanical or electrical parts.
