First Operation
When using the grill for the first time, it is possible that there could be some
oily residue present on the grills or inside the body. It is recommended that
you preheat your grill for 15 minutes prior to its first use to burn off any
residues.
Preheating the Grill
It is always recommended that you preheat your grill prior to placing the
food on the cooking surface. This allows for better cooking and is safer.
After lighting your grill place the knob on medium to high and close the lid.
Let the grill preheat for 5 to 10 minutes.
