THINGS TO KNOW Your Thermometer: The Spitfire 180 and the 330 are fitted out with a thermometer. The removable drip tray must be installed prior to cooking. DO NOT ALLOW GREASE TO BUILD-UP IN THE GREASE TRAY OR IN THE BASE OF THE SPITFIRE. The drip tray can be placed in or removed from the back of the Spitfire 330. -
