Read and understand all instructions before using. Do not operate any device if it has been dropped or damaged. In this case, a Vaddio technician must examine the product before operating. To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not immerse in water or other liquids and avoid extremely humid conditions. Do not connect Power over Ethernet (PoE) cables directly to the RJ-45 ports on the device as damage may result. -

Dock. This includes connecting USB 2.0, RGBHV or HDMI and Ethernet. This completes the physical installation of the HuddleSTATION. The final step is to log-on to the HuddleSTATION web pages to complete the VoIP configuration of the device. A diagram of the system connection is depicted below. -

Do not plug the power supply’s AC power cord into the AC wall outlet yet. HuddleSTATION HuddleSTATION User Operations The primary user interface for the HuddleSTATION is the dial pad interface on the Huddle Dock in combination with visual feedback from an On-Screen-Display (OSD) associated with the HDMI output that connects to the room’s monitor.
