OPTIONAL REFLECTIVE PANEL INSTALLATION
Before installation, panels must be handled and cleaned as per instructions noted below:
•
Black Enamel panels must be inspected for scratches and dimples prior to installation. All claims to be recorded at this time. Claims
for damage after installation will not receive consideration.
•
Black Enamel panels will discolor a little during normal operation.
This is normal and should not be considered a defect.

All hand and finger marks MUST be cleaned off with a soft cloth.
fingerprints before applying heat to the unit.
Failure to do this will result in burn stain on panels which you will be unable to remove. Not protected by product warranty.
1. Remove the mesh barrier and flush glass door (see instructions in
manual) remove firebox base tray by removing 6 screws in the locations
shown below.

2. Remove 4 screws prior to top panel installation.
Do not remove this panel.
3. Place the top panel in first, secure with 4 screws.
(See Diagram 2 for screw locations)
4. With the top panel in place - install back panel. The back panel fits
under the top panel, push the top panel up to fit back panel into
position. (Diagram 3)

6. The side panels are installed last, slide in as shown in Diagram 5.
Note: The bend in the metal on the side panels should face inward
(toward the wall of the firebox - see Diagram 5). If the side panels
have been installed incorrectly the firebox base will not fit.

7. Reinstall the firebox base and glass door.
