Installation and Appliance Setup

If you smell gas:
1. Shut off gas to the appliance.
2. Extinguish any open flame.
3. If odor continues, keep away from the
appliance and immediately call your gas
supplier or fire department.

    Getting Started A. Design and Installation Considerations Installation and service of this appliance should be performed by qualified personnel.     B. Clearances to Combustibles When selecting a location for the appliance it is important to consider the required clearances to walls (see Figure 3.3, 3.4, 3.5 & 3.6). WARNING! Risk of Fire or Burns! Provide adequate clearance around air openings and for service access. Due to high temperatures, the appliance should be lo- cated out of traffic and away from furniture and draperies.
