Faulty spark plug
Air cleaner blocked
Incorrect/contaminated fuel
Mounting bolts loose
Cutterbar bolt loose
Cutterbar out of balance
Bent crankshaft
REMEDY
Raise height of cut
Fill fuel tank
Set throttle to 'choke' position
Drain fuel tank and fill with
correct fuel
Set throttle to 'fast' position
Operate engine brake lever
Clean and adjust gap or replace
Charge battery
Check wiring
Connect spark plug lead
Clean and adjust gap or replace
Service air cleaner
Drain fuel tank and fill with
correct fuel
Tighten bolts
Tighten bolt
Balance cutterbar
Consult your dealer
