To play a voice message without Auto-play
1. Select the voice message in the inbox.
2. Click QuickPlay to open the Mitel Networks QuickPlay toolbar.
3. On the Mitel Networks QuickPlay toolbar, click the Play button to hear the voice message
with your speakers.
or
1. Double-click the voice message in the Outlook inbox.
2. Click the Play button under the subject header. Use the buttons under the subject header
to stop, play, pause, fast forward, or review the voice message. If you want to hear the
previous or next voice message, click Previous or Next on the toolbar.

Using Your Telephone as a Playback Device

Note: The following two procedures assume that your phone is idle, that you programmed
Telephone as your playback device, and that you have selected the auto-play setting
variable under Tools/Options. For more information, see Changing Your Voice Message
Playback, on page 46.
Note: The voice mails must be in the Inbox of the Exchange Server for you to be able to
use the telephone as a playback device.
To play a voice message with Auto-play When Previewing
1. Click QuickPlay.
2. Select the voice message in the Outlook Inbox.
3. Answer the phone to hear your voice message.
4. Use the Mitel Networks QuickPlay toolbar to stop or play the voice message.
5. If you want to listen to some other voice messages, you can select the other voice mails
before you hang up.
To play a voice message with Auto-play When Opening
1. Double-click the voice message in the Outlook Inbox.
2. Answer the phone to hear your voice message.
3. Use the buttons under the subject header to stop or play the voice message. If you want
to hear the previous or next voice message, click Previous or Next on the toolbar before
you hang up.
