Playing Messages

To play your messages
1. Dial the Speech Server extension number. Login if necessary.
2. Say "Messenger."
3. Press P [7] to play your new messages.
4. Press 1 to play your "read" messages.

Making and Sending Messages

To make and send a message
1. Dial the Speech Server extension number. Login if necessary.
2. Say "Messenger."
3. Press M [6] to make a message.
4. Dial the number for the recipient in the Company Directory.
or
Dial the number for the recipient(s) in the Company Directory or the Personal Directory.
Press the # key to terminate the recipient list.
5. At the prompt, record your message. When you have finished recording your message,
you can hang up to send the message immediately, or you can

Delete the message
