蒸氣爐原理介紹 Operating Principle 蒸氣爐內設有一個水箱,通過水管連接控制裝置直達內膽底部。底部設有蒸氣製造器,由於 其表面溫度很高,水能即時轉化為水蒸氣。因此,不用在食物中加水便可把食物蒸熟。 Water contained in water tank arrives in the oven chamber via a pipe. This water is transformed into steam when it comes into contact with hot steam generator. There is no need to add water to food.
