By setting a correct K REG adjustment constant, the ambient temperature remains at the set value regardless of the
changes in external temperature.
• "BUILD" Adjustment parameter for the size of the building (1..10 - factory setting 5). Set value with
elevated value is associated with a building / heating system with elevated heat inertia, vice-versa, a low value is
associated with small rooms or systems with low heat inertia (thermoconvectors).
• "KORR" Defines the effect of the ambient temperature on the setpoint. Values range from 0 to 20. Increasing this
value increases the effect of ambient temperature.
• "AMBON" Enables/disables the ambient probe of the AVS 77 climate controller (factory setting = 1). 1 means the
ambient probe is enabled while 0 means it is disabled. With the function enabled, the temperature control of the
rooms depends on the selected boiler delivery temperature ("CH SL"). Press
"SDR" Ambient hysteresis. Can be set from 0.5 °C to 4 °C with

"HW PR" Enables the DHW programmer (0-1-2). Factory setting = 1.

• 0: Disabled
• 1: Always enabled
• 2: Enabled with weekly DHW programme ("HW PR" see section 3.7)
• "OFFTR" Offset of the ambient probe measurement on the display (from -3°C to +3°C) – factory setting =0.
• "OFFVI" Climate controller operating mode after offset of the temperature measured by the ambient probe (parame-
ter OFFTR) – factory setting =0.
0: Offset of the value and adjustment of the temperature to the modified value
1: Only offset of the value, the temperature is adjusted to the value prior to modification.
• "L FCT" If set to 1, the anti-legionellosis function is enabled.
• "LTIME" Time the function is maintained after reaching "LTEMP"
• "LTEMP" Maximum temperature for the anti-legionellosis function (60°C).
• "COOL" Enable/Disable control of ambient temperature in summer (factory setting=0). Set this parameter to 1 to
enable the function and add two new boiler operating modes, as per section 3.2:
SUMMER - OFF - WINTER - HEATING ONLY - SUMMER+COOL - COOL

This function is used to enable the climate controller to command one or more external conditioning devices (e.g.:
air-conditioners) in summer. The boiler relay board therefore enables the external conditioning system when ambient
temperature exceeds the temperature value set on the climate controller. During an operating request in this mode,
flashes on the display. For relay board connections, see the SERVICE instructions .
• "LMU34" If set to 1, enables control of the software version of the LMU34 electronic board
• "STBY" Setting the STANDBY mode (see OFF/SUMMER operating modes in section 3.2) on systems with two or
more zones for the zone controlled by the "TA" ambient thermostat. Factory setting = 0.
0: No modification
1: The two temperature set-points "CH2SR" (ambient temperature setpoint for the heating circuit of the n. zones
controlled by the "TA") and "CH2SF" (water temperature setpoint for the heating circuit of the n. zones controlled
by the "TA") are "forced" to their minimum values of 5°C and 20°C respectively. The boiler pump operates con-
stantly provided the "TA" continues to make a heat demand.
• "RMOD" Enables/Disables the room temperature setpoint modulation. Factory setting = 1.

The burner modulates both with the flow temperature setpoint and the room temperature setpoint. The closed the tem-
perature value is to the room temperature setpoint, the more the calculated flow temperature setpoint decreases.
