Have cylinder liners repla cement performed by a deal -
ers hip or diesel eng ine shop. The liner is available in d if-
ferent outside d iameters so a precise fit between the liner
and cylinder
block may be obtai
ned. The upper flanged
end of the liner fits in a step at the upper end of the cylin-
der bore. Each liner must protrude above the cylinder
