RECHARGING THE BATTERY
Before recharging, check the battery condition.
• Connect the battery to a battery charger: optimum
recharging is achieved with amperage equal to 1/10
of the battery capacity.
When the vehicle is to remain inactive for a long period,
remove the battery and place it in a cool and dry place.

Check the charge at least once a month to prevent the
battery from deteriorating.
During recharging, make sure the area
is adequately ventilated and avoid
inhaling the fumes from the battery.
Reinstall the battery 5-10 minutes after the
charger has been switched off. This precaution is
necessary because the battery continues to produce gas
for a short time.

Avant d'effectuer la recharge controler l'intégrité de la
batterie.
• Relier la batterie à un chargeur de batterie : la
meilleure charge se tait avec un ampérage égal à 1/10
de la capacité de la batterie.
Lorsque le scooter reste inactif pendant une longue
période, déposer la batterie et la ranger dans un endroit
frais et sec. Contrôler la charge au moins une fois par mois
pour éviter qu'elle se décharge.
Pendant la charge ou l'utilisation,
veiller à la ventilation adéquate du
local pour éviter l'inhalation des gaz émis
pendant la charge. Remonter la batterie au moins 5/10
minutes après le débranchement du chargeur, car elle
continue à produire du gaz pendant un court moment.
