Glitch Capture Test

1. Turn on the GMM to mV.
2. Press d, vc[View], w [Glitch Capture], t [Arm].
3. Apply a .070V p-p Pulse 10 kHz Pulse wave.
4. Check for the Glitch Capture PASS/FAIL indications shown in Table 4-21.

.07V p-p Pulse, 10 kHz, 50% duty

External Trigger Test

1. Turn on the GMM to mV DC.
2. Press: d, v [View], u [Trigger], w [Internal/External](to select
external), x [Exit].
3. Press v [Single Shot] , t [Arm].
4. Apply a 2V p-p 100 kHz Pulse wave.
5. Check for the PASS/FAIL indications shown in Table 4-22.
