    PREPARATION Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with package contents list and hardware contents list. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble, install or operate the product. To protect the product from possible scratches, please assemble the parts on a scratch-free surface.
  • Page 9 4. Slide preassembled connection plates on center front panel (D) and lower front panel (Y) to align with corresponding holes on center left side panel (B) and center right side panel (C). Secure using truss head screws (DD). Hardware Used Truss Head Screw 5.
  • Page 10 7. Attach left side pane (E) and right side panel (G) to base (A) using bolts (HH). Hardware Used Bolt 8. Attach center shelf (H) to assembly from underneath using bolts (HH). Hardware Used Bolt 9. Insert plastic blocks from connector pack (AC) where shown into center left upper side panel (I) and center right upper side panel (J).
  • Page 11 10. Attach center left upper side panel (I) and center right upper side panel (J) to the top of center shelf (H), securing with bolts (HH). Hardware Used Bolt 11. Attach the inner front panel (K) between center left upper side panel (I) and center right upper side panel (J) using long bolts (AA) and washers (BB).
  • Page 12 13. Insert plastic blocks from connector pack (AC) where shown into mantel top (G). Secure with bolts (HH). Hardware Used Bolt 14. Attach the mantel top (G) to the assembly from underneath using bolts (HH). NOTE: A short-handled screwdriver (not included) might be helpful.
  • Page 13 16. Attach the center back panel (N) and rear panels (O) where shown on the back of the assembly using truss head screws (DD). Hardware Used x 50 Truss Head Screw 17. Attach hinges from hinge pack (AB) where shown to left door (P) and right door (Q) using screws (GG).
  • Page 14 19. Align the hinges on left door (P) and right door (Q) with the hinge brackets on the assembly, sliding the hinge until it is secure in the hinge bracket. To adjust the doors forward or backward, change keyhole slot position as in (a). To adjust the doors right or left, loosen/tighten screw (b).
  • Page 15 22. Gently insert drawers into the drawer slides preassembled to assembly. Open the left drawer (S) and right drawer (T) to check if both slides are properly attached to the drawer. 23. Remove the preassembled bolt from the remaining 2 door pulls (FF), then attach the door pulls (GG) to the upper front panel (U) with the bolts.

Insert (W) should be installed in the fireplace as close to the final position as possible; two people are recommended for this step.
