  • Page 7 SSEMBLY NSTRUCTION SSEMBLY TAGE Attach Stabilizer Assemblies FRONT OF BIKE Note: Transport Wheels Face Outward DJUSTMENT EVELER FIG #1 Assembly Hardware Required: Allen Bolt Qty. 4 Self Tapping Screw Qty. 2 Flat Washer Qty. 4 Assembly Description: A) Securely fasten the Front Stabilizer Assembly(#2) to the Main Frame Assembly(#1) using 2– Allen Bolt(#22) and 2- Flat Washers(#23).
  • Page 8 SSEMBLY NSTRUCTION SSEMBLY TAGE Attach Pedals Note: Follow Assembly Instructions Carefully to Avoid Stripping Pedal Threads Use this end to tighten the pedals. USE TOOL Assembly Hardware Required: (none required) Assembly Description: A) Assemble the Right Pedal (#5) to the Right Crank Arm on the Base Assembly (#1). Thread the pedal on the crank arm and securely tighten in place using the pedal wrench.
  • Page 9 SSEMBLY NSTRUCTION SSEMBLY TAGE Attach Seat USE TOOL Assembly Hardware Required: Flat Washer Qty. 1 Assembly Description: A) Insert Seat Post(#7) into the corresponding tubing sleeve of the Main Base(#1). Secure in place using the Seat Post Adjustment Knob(#9). B) Assemble the Seat Slider Assm(#8) on to the Seat Post(#7) and secure in place with by using the Seat Slider Knob (#10) and 1- Flat Washer(#25).
  • Page 10 SSEMBLY NSTRUCTION SSEMBLY STAGE Attach Mast FIGURE #2 Assembly Hardware Required: (*Hardware is Preinstalled in Base Assembly) Allen Bolt Qty. 4 Truss Screw Qty. 2 Curve Washer Qty. 4 Assembly Description: A) Remove the preinstalled hardware (#26 & #27) from the Main Frame Assm(#1) mast mounting tube. B) Connect the Lower Data Cable Assembly(#20) from the Main Frame Assm(#1) to the Upper Data Cable(#19) located at the bottom of the Handlebar Mast(#11).(FIG#2) C) Tuck the excess cable lengths into frame tubing and slide the Mast Assm(#11) down on to the Main Frame...

Place the Handlebar Clamp (#16) over the middle of the Handlebar Assembly.

B) Plug the connector of the Upper Data Cable(#19) into the plug-in receptacle on the back of the computer.
