To use Medi@ TV, your Windows operating system must have the appropriate Service Pack
installed. For Windows
®
2000, Service Pack 3 or later is needed. For Windows
1 or later is needed. To see if your PC already has the necessary Service Pack installed:
1. Click on Start, right-click on My Computer, and select Properties.
2. Select General-System.
If your PC does not have the necessary Service Pack, you should install it. Windows Service
Packs can be downloaded from Microsoft's home page (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads).
