This problem is normally caused by codec problems. In this case, simply press the [Rotate] but-
ton on the remote controller to flip the screen. You can fix the problem with this function, but
we recommend installing the latest codec.

HERE IS NO SOUND
This is generally caused by a missing audio codec, and it should be addressed by installing the
right codec.

SEE THIN LINES ON THE INTERFACE
OF THE SCREEN WHILE WATCHING VIDEO
This is possibly caused by noise that occurs when a PC enlarges a screen to wide TV. Click the Medi@
TV icon on the system tray and select [Configuration]. If you see the [Medi@ TV Server Configuration]
dialogue box, select [Video Transfer]. Check whether 'Expand Video' is selected, and if it is, click it to
disable it. After disabling it, click on OK to exit the setup. The video will play in its original size.

WANT TO KNOW MORE ABOUT
The basic concept of Medi@ TV is allowing you to watch media on TV through Media Organizer,
but you don't have to keep (in the Media Organizer) a movie you are going to delete after see-
ing it once. Set an ETC Folder on your hard disk, and if you save your video there, you can watch
video in this folder without adding it to Media Organizer.
For more information on setting up an ETC Folder, refer to '1.1 Setting up a Video Option'.
2.3.9 I
FORGOT MY PASSWORD FOR THE SET
For security pruposes, there is no way to retrieve your password. You have to initialize the pass-
word and set a new one. The initial password is 0000. If you select Load factory default on
the exit menu from the Viewer option, the password will change to 0000. Select Password in
Option-General to set up the password.
