Cookware Selection of the adequate dish size ensures optimized cooking time and consumption of gas. Diameter of the dish is of utmost importance. The flame reaching over the edge of the small diameter dish may destroy the dish, while the consumption of gas is increased. - Page 10 the direction of the surface treatment.
