Operation with non-TOC LD disc:
CAV
If the number entered is not recorded on the disc, "NO
ADDRESS" will be displayed. Identify the number on the
jacket and input again.
CLV
Inputting more than 60 in the minute space or second
space results in "0.00". Re-inter figures less than 60,
Identifying number being reproduced:
Press the ON SCREEN switch, for easy searching of other
scene.
REPEAT PIAY (Using remote controller)
To repeat a play, there are 6 methods as follows:
Repeat of from A point to B point (To repeat a selective
part)
Press the A-B REPEAT switch and the display will show
REPEAT-A, indicating that this point is memorized as the
start of the repeat. Press the switch at the end of this part,
and the play will be repeated.
Memory repeat (To store the location of part to be re-
peated for later play)
Press the A-B REPEAT switch and the display will show
REPEAT-A, indicating that this point is memorized as the
start of the repeat. Pressing the PLAY switch anytime
during play will return you to the beginning of the repeat.
Side repeat (Repeat through one side)
Pressing the SIDE REPEAT switch displays REPEAT-S,
showing that single side repeat is set. Upon completion of
the current selections, the play repeats from the first to the
last selections of the same side,
Chapter repeat (To repeatedly watch particular scenes)
(LD)
Press the SINGLE REPEAT switch and the display will show
REPEAT-C, indicating that the current chapter position is
memorized. Upon completion of chapter play, the begin-
ning will be accessed again to repeat through to the
chapter end.
Track repeat (To repeatedly listen to particular parts) (CD)
(CDV)
PresstheSINGLE REPEAT switch and the display will show
REPEAT-T, indicating that the current track is memorized.
Upon completion of track play, the beginning will be ac-
cessed again to repeat through to the track end.
Programme repeat (To repeat programmed parts)
Press the SINGLE REPEAT switch after completing a pro-
gramme, and the display will show REPEAT-P. The pro-
grammed parts will be repeated.
- The REPEAT indicator blinks during memofy repeat
play and lights during other repeat modes.
- Press the CLEAR switch to cancel repeat function.
PROGRAMMED PIAY (LD with chapter) (CD) (CDV)
(Using the remote controller)
Play sequences of up to 20 chapters or tracks may be
programmed. Programming steps are the same for both
chapter and track plays.
The selections are programmed in the play mode.
Select the play mode with the KARAOKE switch.
For single selection (karaoke) play, set the switch to KAR-
AOKE.
For continuous play, set the switch to MUSIC.
Example:
To programme a play sequence, so that the 3rd and 12th
selections are played.

Press "3" DISC 10KEY and then MEMORY switch to
enter the 3rd selection into programme.

Press the PIAY switch to start the programmed se-

To identify the programme contents, press the PROGRAM
switch. Currently selection number is blinked, and cleared
upon the next pressing of the switch.
To change programme

2. Press the w switch. The last programmed number
and "*" blink.

Reprogramming concerning the selection being played
is not possible,
To repeat programmed selections, press the SINGLE
REPEAT switch after programming.
When the w or m switch is pressed, the unit skips to
the beginning of the next selection in the programme.
To display identifying number, press the ON SCREEN
switch.
