Changing the setup menu

Turn on the TV, and switch the input to the "VIDEO 1",
"VIDEO 2", etc. accordingly.
STANDBY/ON
SETUP/VIDEO MODE
1 Press the STANDBY/ON button to turn the power on.
The startup screen appears.

The startup screen does not appear
l
when the input is not set to disc or
USB video mode. Press the DVD/
CD button or USB button
repeatedly on remote control or
INPUT button on main unit
repeatedly to select DISC or USB
Video mode.

3 Press the  or  button to select a menu and press
the ENTER button.

and press the ENTER button.

parameters.
5 Press the SETUP/VIDEO MODE button.
The setting is completed.

To change other settings, begin from step 2.

Notes:
During playback, "PREFERENCE" settings cannot be
l
changed.
Settings are stored even if the unit is set to the stand-
l
by mode.
The backup function protects the stored settings for a
l
few hours should there be a power failure or the AC
power lead disconnection.
If the startup screen is blurred, change the TV type in
l
the setup menu.
4:3 PANSCAN* The screen mode should be set according to
4:3 LETTERBOX the connected TV type (for details, see page
16:9 16).

ENGLISH* You can select the desired OSD (On Screen

DIGITAL SPDIF OFF When playing a disc recorded with Dolby

RAW* signals will be output.
SPDIF/PCM l PCM : Choose this setting if the decorder
l RAW : Choose this setting if the decorder
LPCM OUT 48KHZ* Select the sampling frequency at 48 kHz/16
96KHZ bit or 96 kHz/24 bit capability after you select
SPDIF/PCM at SPDIF SETUP.
