Display with heart rate + cadence
If both the heart rate and cadence options are activated
both values are simultaneously shown on the display.
The current heart rate is shown on the left of the middle line
instead of the gradient uphill/downhill as a percentage.
The cadence is displayed on the top right instead of the
temperature.
The gradient uphill/downhill as a percentage can be viewed
by pressing the ALTI button.
The temperature can now be accessed by pressing the
BIKE button.
