    1.1. Product Overview Thinklogical’s Virtuoso-PRO Professional Audio Extension System is designed for professional audio applications and provides the highest quality, industry-leading audio performance. The Virtuoso-PRO transmits and extends up to eight audio signals over two fibers. Individual modules can be installed in a stand-alone chassis or up to four modules can be installed in a Q-4300 Chassis.

    ® 4.2.1 Connecting to the Virtuoso-PRO The Transmitter is connected to the Receiver via fiber-optic cables. The audio sources connect to the transmitter with any combination of one or more of the available BNC 75Ω coax (AES3-id), TRS 3.5mm (balanced analog) and S/PDIF (RCA-phono and Optical) cables. The Receiver connects to the output devices with the same type connectors.

    Each AQM module features two SFP modules. Each SFP (Small Form-factor Pluggable Module) features three green LEDs that indicate its current state and that of its fiber connection(s). These states are labeled on the cover of the Virtuoso-PRO Stand-Alone Chassis. SFP Present: Used on all module types, indicates that an SFP is installed.
