Specify Alarm enable condition ([Status: Open (High)], [Status: GND],
[Rising: GND to Open (High)], [Falling: Open (High) to GND], [Rising and
Falling]). Specify the alarm enable condition after checking the alarm
specification.
Specify the time before an alarm is detected or after an alarm is detected.
To limit unnecessary continuous detection, select the [Restraint Time] check
box, and set the deactivation time between detections.
