B. To replace Rinse Thermometer
To remove and replace rinse thermometer it is necessary to pull the dishwasher from the wall to gain
access to rear of machine. Rinse thermometer bulb fitting is screwed into the final rinse injection
manifold at rear of machine.
(1) Disconnect power to dishwasher.
(2) Move machine away from wall for servicing.
(3) Turn off water supply to machine.
(4) Remove machine out from wall to access rear of machine.
(5) Remove lower enclosure kick panel.
(6) Lower the control (gauge) panel.
(7) Remove the rinse thermometer mounting bracket.
(8) Remove thermometer bulb fitting from final rinse injection manifold at rear of machine. Use
to tape on bulb fitting when installing replacement thermometer.
(9) Reverse procedures to install replacement wash thermometer.
CAUTION: Coil up excess capillary tube from thermometer at bulb fitting. Insure that coil does
not touch any live circuits or interfere with moving parts, such as timer, contactors, etc...

13. To replace Rinse Spray Arm feed pipe or internal parts.

There are two rinse spray arms used in the dishwasher. One upper and one lower, both rinse spray
arms are held in place by feed pipe from the rear wall of the dishwasher. Proper rinsing water press is
essential for good rinsing.
A. To replace Rinse Spray Arm Feed Pipe
(1) Turn power off to the dishwasher.
(2) Unscrew rinse spray arm from feed pipe fitting.
(3) Remove two bolts mounting feed pipe to rear wall & remove pipe.
(4) Reverse procedure to reinstall replacement part.
B. To replace Rinse Spray Arm Internal Parts
(1) Unscrew rinse arm from feed pipe.
(2) Remove snap ring from hub and disassemble.
(3) Replace both nylatron (plastic) washers and snap ring.
(4) Reassemble spray arm.
(5) Replace plastic end caps of arm if worn or damaged.
14. To replace Wash Spray Arm internal parts.
There is one wash spray arm used in the dishwasher. It is located at the lower wash tub. It is remove
by unscrewing the spray arm from the mounting fitting. Proper washing pressure is essential for good
results. Check arms for proper rotation and clean jets.
(1) Unscrew spray arm from mounting fitting.
(2) Unscrew bearing assembly from spray arm hub.
(3) Install replacement bearing assembly.
(4) Replace end caps of arm if worn or damaged.
