You will need a network connection with Internet access or a USB flash
drive (SanDisk brand recommended) for firmware updates.
Depending on your system configuration and intended uses, you may also need
the following items, which are not included with your CS18AI control surface:

We suggest that you use this manual to familiarize yourself with the features,
applications, and connection procedures for your StudioLive CS18AI control
surface before trying to connect it to your RM-series mix system or computer.
This will help you avoid problems during installation and setup.
The concept of Active Integration is to tie together system components like
the RM-series mixers, the CS18AI controller, UC Surface control software,
Studio One DAW, and other software and AI hardware products. This creates
a great deal of potential overlap in the manuals for these products.
