3-10-1 Smart FAN Configurations

CPU/ SYSFAN1/SYSFAN2 Full-Speed Temp
The optional range is 20~70. Fan will run in full speed mode when above the
temperature set in these items.
CPU/ SFAN1/SYSFAN2 Idle Temp
The optional range is 20~50. Fan will low speed when below this temperature.
CPU/ SFAN1/SYSFAN2 Idle-Speed
Fan duty control. The optional range is 0~255.
