REPLACING BURNERS AND PILOT BURNER
In order to gain access to the main burners, the pilot burner, and the thermocouple for service or replacement,
lift out the fry tank.
1. Remove the fry baskets.
2. Grasp the black handle on the pivotal head above the fry tank and swing it to the left of the fryer until it
stops. Use caution; the pivotal head may be hot.
3. Remove the crumb tray.
4. Firmly grasp both handles of the fry tank and lift it out.
5. Remove the damaged component and replace it.
REPLACING THE PRESSURE REGULATOR AND SAFETY PILOT VALVE
1. Remove control knob by grasping the outer edge of the knobs and pulling them straight out without twisting
or turning.
2. Turn quick connect fasteners
3. Pull the top edge of the front panel to open.
4. Lift out the fry tank (refer to steps 1 through 4 above).
5. Remove two screws holding the pilot outage protection valve. These screws are accessible from the top of
the fryer.
6. Disconnect the supply piping to remove the damaged component .
7. Reverse steps 1 through 6 to reassemble.
