The following commands add interfaces vlan123 and vlan234 to zone A and block intra-zone traffic.
Router# configure terminal
Router(config)# zone A
Router(zone)# interface vlan123
Router(zone)# interface vlan234
Router(zone)# block
Router(zone)# exit
Router(config)# show zone
