This function deletes all saved secure print documents.

Installing the hard disk optionally provided allows you to use the Box (Public/Personal). For detailed
functions of the box of the machine, refer to "User manual – Box Operation".

Touch [1 System Settings] in the Administrator Settings screen.

Touch [0 User Box Settings] in the System Settings screen.

Touch [2 Delete Secure Print Documents] in the User Box Settings screen.

To delete the secure print documents, touch [Yes].

Touch [OK].
